We must receive payment for the whole price of the order before your order can be accepted. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods.

Shipping, Delivery & Collection Information
We DO NOT have a minimum order for delivery. There is a minimum order for free collection and also when ordering in our showroom. We offer free delivery on orders over £299 + VAT for mainland UK and over £1,000 for the rest of the UK. For orders below £149.99 the delivery cost for mainland UK is £14.99 + VAT and for the rest of the UK it is £35 + VAT. For orders between £150-£298.99 the delivery cost for mainland UK is £19.99 + VAT and for the rest of the UK it is £50 + VAT. Clearance King reserves the right to charge any additional amounts if the delivery is being made to such areas that incur a surcharge i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.
Delivery Time: You can choose the delivery option you require during the shipping part of the ordering process. The options are "Customer to Collect/Arrange Collection" or "3-4 Day Delivery", for the UK. Please note that any mention of days refers to working days, so they exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. We do offer a Next day service for delivery for orders that have been placed before 8am Mon-Fri. Please note that for Ireland and Northern Ireland this is a 48 hour service.
Clearance King does not send goods out on Saturday or Sunday however we may offer collections on these days with prior approval. All deliveries are subject to our stock availability. The cut off time to process an overnight order is 8:00 am GMT and goods are usually despatched within 48 hours after receiving the order.
All orders are processed & despatched from our warehouse in Manchester.
Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to give the correct billing and shipping address, along with telephone contact details where they are reachable during working hours. Any additional cost incurred because of incorrectly addressed deliveries, or failed attempts, not due to a Clearance King error, will incur charges to the customer.
Items not received: Please contact us if you have not received your order within 3 days from when the order was placed otherwise we will not be held responsible.

Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns of non-faulty items.
We do not accept returns on Smoking and E-cigarette items.
We operate a 5% margin for broken or faulty goods.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver or when collected.
Goods do not come with any warranty or guarantee whatsoever other than implied by law for business to business sales.
We despatch orders by the pallet or boxes for smaller deliveries. If there are any signs of damage to the wrapping or pallet itself, please notify us immediately on 0161 871 0786 and note this on the delivery manifest. If the order is below £500 + VAT and not sent on a pallet, we do not take any responsibility for damges or issues with any products inclduing liquids, glass etc.
It is your responsibility to ask if you require the goods to be insured once they leave our warehouse with our chosen carrier. We do not insure the goods as standard, this is something that should be discussed prior to placing the order as we can get a quote for the insurance premium to cover the value of the goods for you. Any external signs of damage caused in transit must be noted on the delivery note and reported to customer services immediately. If you suspect significant damage has been caused, do not accept the delivery.
Any shortages or damages, above 5%, must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours. All claims shall be deemed to be waived and absolutely barred if they fall outside this timescale.
Any orders that are cancelled or have a part or full refund requested will incur an administration/picking/packing charge of 10% of the value of the order plus any charges incurred for delivery. Any deposits paid are also non-refundable.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your own cost. You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return.
On receipt of any returned goods that are claimed to be damaged, we will inspect the products and determine if any liability can be accepted and let you know the outcome.
Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
We will not accept returns for goods that have been opened and are not in the original packaging.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Ordering: Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent. It is the customers responsibility to add their VAT registration number (where applicable), and that they are legally entitled to use said registration number.
Payment: All our payments are provided by Payment Sense, allowing you to pay by all major credit and debit cards. After completing our checkout process you will be directed to World Pay’s secure page to complete the payment. You will receive a payment confirmation email from World Pay as well as an order confirmation email from Clearance King.
Payment methods:Any payment made by most credit/debit card will not incur any additional charges for using said credit/debit card. All advertised prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated, which is broken down and will be charged at during the payment process.
Clearance King will not be responsible for any customs duties or import charges in the destination country.
Clearance King will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. All orders are on a first come first served basis, and we reserve the right to decline orders for suspect, fraudulent or high value purchases.
Orders received by us are processed immediately, therefore it is not possible to cancel or amend an order once you have placed it. Any changes or cancellations will incur an administration charge of 10% and any deposits paid are non-refundable if an order is cancelled.
